Our study document on the traffic and parking impact on Bury’s historic core arising from the Borough Council’s Vision 2031 proposals to expand the town has been finalised. Copies have been presented to our local Councillors, traffic planning officers from the County Council and to both the Police Commissioner and Chief Constable of Suffolk.
The report has been circulated to a number of other associations in Bury for their comments and will form the basis for the CAA formal response to the Vision 2031 Final Document in August. A draft response is being developed in the next few weeks and will be available on the website in July.
